OPTION 1: Create an account on Nevada’s SilverFlume Business Portal. Select “Click Here to Get Started,” then select “Register My Business.” From the “Start a Nevada Business (Corporation, LLC, etc.)” dropdown, select “Domestic Limited-Liability Company (NRS 86).”

OPTION 2: Access the Articles of Organization PDF from the Nevada Secretary of State website. This form will need to be submitted to the Nevada Secretary of State.

Step 2: Fill Out the Articles of Organization

In this step, we will help you complete the Nevada Articles of Organization form. There are seven main “Articles” on the form, along with a separate sheet listing the LLC’s managers or managing members.
